AN ACT CONCERNING THE INCLUSION OF CONNECTICUT STATE HISTORY IN THE IN-SERVICE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-220a of the general statutes be amended to include the history of Connecticut to the list of topics on which local and regional boards of education are encouraged to provide in-service training programs for teachers.
Statement of Purpose:
To require that Connecticut state history be included in the in-service training for teachers.
