AN ACT TRANSFERRING THE FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OFFICE OF EARLY CHILDHOOD TO THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 184c of the general statutes be amended to transfer the functions and responsibilities of the Office of Early Childhood to the Department of Social Services.
Statement of Purpose:
To transfer the functions and responsibilities of the Office of Early Childhood to the Department of Social Services.
