AN ACT CONCERNING THE SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECTS AT C.B. JENNINGS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY MAGNET HIGH SCHOOL IN NEW LONDON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That, notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 173 of the general statutes, the town of New London be provided assistance for issues relating to the new construction project at C.B. Jennings Elementary School (Project Number 095-0079 N) and the extension and alteration and magnet school project at the Science and Technology Magnet High School (Project Number 095-0078 MAG/EA).
Statement of Purpose:
To provide assistance to the town of New London relating to the school building projects at C.B. Jennings Elementary School and the Science and Technology Magnet High School.
