AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEFINITION OF REDUCED-ISOLATION SETTING FOR INTERDISTRICT MAGNET SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-264l of the general statutes be amended to apply the reduced-isolation setting standards, as prescribed in the 2013 stipulation and order for Milo Sheff, et al. v. William A. O'Neill, et al., as extended, to all interdistrict magnet schools in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a state-wide standard of reduced-isolation setting that applies to all interdistrict magnet schools.
