AN ACT PROTECTING THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF COLLEGE ATHLETES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to establish the athletic protection commission for the purpose of protecting the health and safety of college athletes participating in an interscholastic athletic program by developing guidelines, gathering best practices, receiving and investigating complaints, and issuing remedies and penalties for violations.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the health and safety of college athletes.
