AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURERS TO DIRECTLY AND FULLY REIMBURSE HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS FOR IN-NETWORK HEALTH CARE SERVICES PROVIDED TO ENROLLEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require health insurers to directly and fully reimburse health care providers for all in-network health care services provided to enrollees.
Statement of Purpose:
To require health insurers to directly and fully reimburse health care providers for all in-network health care services provided to enrollees.
