AN ACT CONCERNING THE CARE AND CUSTODY OF A CHILD WITH SPECIALIZED NEEDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 815t of the general statutes be amended to ensure that the parents of a child with specialized needs are allowed to retain custody of such child while obtaining the services that the child needs.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that the parents of a child with specialized needs are allowed to retain custody of such child while obtaining the services that the child needs.
