AN ACT CONCERNING SEWER USE CHARGES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 103 of the general statutes be amended to require that summer sewer use charges be based on the average sewer use of the remaining three quarters of the year and not based on summer water usage.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent sewer authorities from assessing sewer use charges for summer water use.
