AN ACT EXEMPTING MUNICIPAL HISTORIC DISTRICTS FROM CERTAIN AFFORDABLE HOUSING LAND USE REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to exempt municipal historic districts from the affordable housing requirements imposed by said section.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt municipal historic districts from the affordable housing requirements of section 8-30g of the general statutes.
