AN ACT PERMITTING MUNICIPALITIES TO INITIATE AND IMPLEMENT CERTAIN FINANCIAL EFFICIENCIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit municipalities, upon a vote of their legislative body, to initiate and implement noneducation expenditure cost-sharing measures, in conjunction with any local or regional board of education, in order to realize financial efficiencies.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide municipalities with a means of creating financial efficiencies.
