AN ACT CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION REGARDING MUNICIPAL PERMITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require municipalities to post on their Internet web sites permit application forms, relevant municipal addresses and the business hours during which residents may apply for and view permits.
Statement of Purpose:
To aid businesses in completing municipal permitting requirements.
