RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE STATE CONSTITUTION TO PERMIT EARLY VOTING.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That Article sixth of the Constitution of the state of Connecticut be amended to permit early voting.
Statement of Purpose:
To alleviate obstacles to voting and increase participation in the electoral process by expanding opportunities to cast a ballot prior to election day.
