RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE STATE CONSTITUTION TO ALLOW VOTING BY MAIL.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the Constitution of the state of Connecticut be amended to allow voting by mail.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce obstacles to voting and increase participation in the electoral process by allowing electors to cast ballots by mail.
