RESOLUTION VACATING THE DECISION OF THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER TO DISMISS THE CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE OF JAMIE GENOVESE, ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE ESTATE OF TONI MARIE GENOVESE AND REMANDING THE CLAIM TO THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER FOR A HEARING ON THE MERITS.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 23320 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Jamie Genovese, Administrator for the estate of Toni Marie Genovese, is vacated and the claim is remanded to the Claims Commissioner for a hearing on the merits.
