RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF DAVID A. LUCAS, JR. OF OLD SAYBROOK TO BE A MEMBER OF THE ADVISORY BOARD OF WORKERS' COMPENSATION COMMISSION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of David A. Lucas, Jr. of Old Saybrook, to be a member of the Advisory Board of the Workers' Compensation Commission, as a representative of employees, to serve for a term ending December 31, 2020, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said term.
