RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF MICHELE C. MOUNT, ESQUIRE OF MONROE TO BE A HUMAN RIGHTS REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Michele C. Mount, Esquire of Monroe to be a Human Rights Referee, to serve a term beginning July 1, 2017, and ending June 30, 2020, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and she is appointed said Human Rights Referee for said term.
