RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF ERICK A. RUSSELL OF NEW HAVEN TO BE A MEMBER OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE COMMISSION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Erick A. Russell of New Haven to be a member of the Criminal Justice Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Governor, for a term coterminous with his term or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said term.
