AN ACT REQUIRING SITE-NEUTRAL PAYMENTS FOR HEALTH CARE SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require payments for the provision of health care services by health insurers to health care providers to be site-neutral.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve the health care market.
