AN ACT REQUIRING PHYSICIANS' OFFICES AND HEALTH CARE FACILITIES TO BE ACCESSIBLE TO PERSONS WITH PHYSICAL DISABILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require every physician's office and health care facility to be accessible to persons with physical disabilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To assist persons with disabilities in attaining medical care.
