AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF SERVICES TO PERSONS WITH AN INTELLECTUAL OR DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prevent disruption to current residents of residential facilities operated by the state and offering long-term services, lodging, care or treatment to persons with an intellectual or developmental disability.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent disruption of services to persons with an intellectual or developmental disability.
