AN ACT CONCERNING PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 166 of the general statutes be amended to require local and regional boards of education to conduct performance evaluations for all administrators, as defined in section 10-144e of the general statutes, and make the results of such performance evaluations available to the public.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide transparency regarding the performance of administrative personnel of school districts.
