AN ACT CONCERNING A MILEAGE TAX STUDY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the Department of Transportation from expending matching funds for a federal study to determine the feasibility and implementation of a mileage tax for state highways.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the expenditure of state funds for a mileage tax study.
