AN ACT EXEMPTING VESSELS, VESSEL MOTORS AND VESSEL TRAILERS FROM THE SALES AND USE TAXES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 219 of the general statutes be amended to exempt all vessels, motors for such vessels and trailers for transporting such vessels from the sales and use taxes.
Statement of Purpose:
To make the state marine industry more competitive by exempting all vessels, motors for such vessels and trailers for transporting such vessels from the sales and use taxes.
