AN ACT CONCERNING GPS MONITORING OF CONVICTED PERSONS AWAITING SENTENCING FOR AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 54 of the general statutes be amended to require a person convicted of aggravated sexual assault who remains free pending sentencing to be monitored by a global positioning system.
Statement of Purpose:
To require a person convicted of aggravated sexual assault who remains free pending sentencing to be monitored by a global positioning system.
