AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PILOT PROGRAM TO IDENTIFY RESIDENTS WITH UNMET NEEDS BASED ON UNPAID WATER UTILITY BILLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a pilot program to identify residential water utility customers with unpaid water utility bills as residents with unmet needs.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a pilot program to identify residents with unmet needs based on unpaid water utility bills.
