AN ACT CONCERNING HOSPICE ORGANIZATIONS LICENSED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

To require a study of the palliative care offered by organizations licensed as a hospice by the Department of Public Health.

Statement of Purpose: 

To examine hospice organizations licensed by the Department of Public Health and how they manage end-of-life issues.
