AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDS FROM THE TOBACCO AND HEALTH TRUST FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
To amend section 4-28f of the general statutes to require that funds from the Tobacco and Health Trust Fund be used for smoking cessation and prevention programs.
Statement of Purpose:
To require that funds from the Tobacco and Health Trust Fund go to smoking cessation and prevention programs.
