AN ACT REDUCING AND ELIMINATING UNNECESSARY BARRIERS TO OCCUPATIONAL LICENSING AND EMPLOYMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to streamline state occupational licensing requirements to remove barriers for employment while still maintaining important health and safety protections for consumers.
Statement of Purpose:
To ease certain barriers to employment in Connecticut.
