AN ACT PERMITTING THE POSTING OF LEGAL NOTICES ON MUNICIPAL INTERNET WEB SITES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities to post legal notices on their Internet web sites, rather than in a newspaper.
