AN ACT CONCERNING CLINICAL PLACEMENTS FOR IN-STATE MEDICAL STUDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to give preference to students of medical schools located in the state over foreign medical students for placement in clinical programs at state hospitals.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase access to clinical placements for students of medical schools located in the state.
