AN ACT STUDYING DATA RELEASED BY TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Department of Transportation study any data released by transportation network companies to develop and improve transportation strategies in the state and submit such findings to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to transportation.
Statement of Purpose:
To study data released by transportation network companies to develop and improve transportation strategies in the state.
