AN ACT CONCERNING MANUFACTURING FACILITIES AND INTERRUPTIBLE NATURAL GAS SERVICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow a manufacturing facility to utilize interruptible natural gas service without a backup fuel unless there is a risk to public health or safety.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow certain manufacturing facilities to utilize interruptible natural gas service without a backup fuel.
