AN ACT CONCERNING A CASINO GAMING FACILITY IN CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the construction and operation of a casino gaming facility in north central Connecticut and provide for the regulation of casino gaming.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect Connecticut jobs that provide a good living to working families and to preserve and create critically important state tax revenue that supports important services for residents.
