AN ACT EXPANDING ELIGIBILITY FOR THE ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE RESPITE PROGRAM.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 17b-349e of the general statutes be amended to expand income eligibility for the Alzheimer's disease respite program from the annual income limit of forty-four thousand five hundred ninety-one dollars to fifty thousand dollars.

Statement of Purpose: 

To increase the number of persons who can receive assistance through the Alzheimer's disease respite program.
