AN ACT CONCERNING THE DONATION OF BLOOD BY MINORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-285a of the general statutes be amended to allow any person who is sixteen or seventeen years of age to have the legal capacity to donate blood in conjunction with any voluntary blood donation program.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow persons sixteen years of age and older to donate blood.
