AN ACT CONCERNING STANDARDS FOR LYME DISEASE TESTING.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to set standards for Lyme disease testing when a patient exhibits Lyme disease symptoms.

Statement of Purpose: 

To set standards for administering Lyme disease testing to alleviate long-term issues with undiagnosed Lyme disease.
