AN ACT PROVIDING FOR A PROGRAM FOR THE RETURN OF UNUSED PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide for a program for the return of unused prescription drugs.
Statement of Purpose:
To ease the availability of prescription drugs and lessen their abuse.
