AN ACT INCREASING COPAYS UNDER STATE EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE PLANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the copays under all state employee health care plans to thirty dollars for doctor visits and ten dollars for prescription drugs.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide tax relief to Connecticut residents by decreasing the cost of state employee health insurance coverage.
