AN ACT CONCERNING THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUVENILE JUSTICE FACILITIES, PROGRAMS AND SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to transfer the administration of all juvenile justice facilities, programs and services currently administered by the Department of Children and Families to the Court Support Services Division of the Judicial Branch.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve juvenile justice facilities, programs and services by transferring them to the Court Support Services Division of the Judicial Branch.
