AN ACT CONCERNING A PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION FOR BUSINESSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt ten thousand dollars of a business's tangible personal property from the property tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide tax relief to small businesses.
