AN ACT CREATING A GRAY WATER UTILITY PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to create a gray water utility program.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a gray water utility program.
