AN ACT PHASING OUT THE ESTATE TAX OVER FIVE YEARS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to phase out the estate tax over a five-year period, eliminating twenty per cent of the tax annually.
Statement of Purpose:
To phase out the estate tax.
