AN ACT CONVEYING A PARCEL OF LAND TO THE TOWN OF GROTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection be required to convey to the town of Groton a parcel of land consisting of ten acres currently held as open space, to be used by the town for economic development purposes.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit the economic development project to proceed at the former Mystic Oral School in Groton.
