AN ACT ELIMINATING THE PREVAILING WAGE REQUIREMENT IN PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the prevailing wage requirement for municipal construction projects.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide tax relief to municipalities by repealing the prevailing wage requirement.
