AN ACT PROHIBITING PREDATORY PRICING OF PHARMACEUTICALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to make predatory pricing of pharmaceuticals an unfair trade practice.
Statement of Purpose:
To control the costs of prescription drugs.
