AN ACT CONCERNING CHILD CAR SEAT BEST PRACTICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the use of best practices with regard to the use of child restraint systems.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the use of best practices with regard to the use of child restraint systems.
