AN ACT CONCERNING NATURAL GAS PRODUCER REQUIREMENTS AND NATURAL GAS LEAK REPAIRS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 16-34a of the general statutes be amended to (1) apply the same requirements to natural gas producers as are applied to gas companies, and (2) require the repair of natural gas leaks within two days of such leak being reported.
Statement of Purpose:
To add requirements for natural gas producers and require repair of natural gas leaks within two days.
