AN ACT CONCERNING WATER USAGE AND CONSERVATION DURING DROUGHT CONDITIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require an update and review of water usage and proper conservation techniques and efforts during drought conditions.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure adequate water supplies during drought conditions.
