AN ACT AUTHORIZING CERTIFIED FORESTERS TO SERVE AS TREE WARDENS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize certified foresters to serve as tree wardens.
Statement of Purpose:
To enable certified foresters to be considered for tree warden positions.
