AN ACT EXTENDING THE TIME FRAME FOR THE REPORT OF THE CONSUMER PACKAGING TASK FORCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That special act 16-6 be amended to extend the time frame for the submission of the consumer packaging task force's report from January 1, 2017, to January 1, 2018.
Statement of Purpose:
To give the consumer packaging task force additional time to undertake its responsibilities and issue a report.
